  Introductory GPS Course

Introductory GPS Course: Blue Heron Power and Sail Squadron will offer the new CPS-ECP GPS navigation course in the fall of 2008.  The course covers the basics of boating with a GPS receiver, and will run over 3 Thursday evenings and a Saturday morning. The course includes a short land-based walk to teach students how to use a handheld GPS receiver. Although we will touch on chartplotters, CPS-ECP is working a second course called Electronic Charting that goes into electronic navigation and chartplotters in detail. Click Here for details. Please reserve a place in this course ahead of time by emailing training@blueheroncps.pe.ca.
