Charlottetown Yacht Club's Trophies and Awards
Charlottetown Yacht Club has had many awards and trophies since its inception in 1922. Some have come and gone, lost to memory. CYC is a vibrant community of sail and power boaters and their families and friends from all walks of Island life, all of whom make valuable contributions to the community in many ways. Commodore Award
The outgoing Commodore is recognized with an award or gift at CYC's Annual General Meeting. Plaques listing past Commodores are on the clubhouse wall. |
Volunteer of the Year Award

Race the Tide Regatta

PEI Boating Festival: Glouchester II Cup - Around the Island Race Overall Winner
Past Around the Island Races were organized by CYC committees, with assistance from others. The 2022 race was organized by the Prince Edward Island Power and Sailboat Association as part of the PEI Boating Festival, with CYC members contributing.
